This is probably due to the fact that you have no Steam mobile authenticator (mobile application for trade confirmation) set up or it was connected not long ago.

Even if there is a trade hold you can seel your skins on our service with additional commission of 15% from the transaction amount.
If you are sure that you have a connected mobile authenticator and the is no trade hold, please, contact out technical support team, to determine the cause of the error.
1) To sell skins with hold, you have to choose the necessary skins, the payment system and to fill in information about yourself on our site.
Our service charges an additional commission of 15% from the transaction amount for every operation with trade hold, as compensation for the possible changes in the price of the skin you are selling during the trade hold.
2) Next, confirm the trade in your Steam account.
Please note that during the trade execution you will see the following inscription appear on your screen (the given period may differ):
This means that our bot will receive skins only after the specified period.
3) After trade hold expires, the skins will be automatically transferred to our bot, only then will the payment take place.
Please note that the payment process starts only after the actual transfer of skins from your account to our bot. This means that you will receive the payout ONLY after: the trade hold expires + payment processing term specified when selecting the payment system also expires
You may cancel the created trade at any moment after the confirmation in your Steam account, if this is necessary
If the trade is calceled the deal will be automatically void and youwill the corresponding notice will be sent to your email.
To re-activate the deal, you will have to fo through all the stages once again.
As soon as our bot receives your skins, a notice about the start of the payment process will be sent to your email.
Further, you will need to wait for the payment to come over the course of the payment processing period that has been specified during the payment system choice. In case you haven't received the payment after the specified period expires, please, contact our Technical Support Team to determine the cause of this problem.
You can cancel the trade with our bot in your Steam account at any time after its confirmation and before the trade hold expires.
If you cancel the deal you will receive the corresponding email notification about the deal cancelation.
